  • Beat cake mix, eggs, oil & can of mandarin oranges for 3 min. on medium speed. Oranges will break up during beating.
  • Bake in greased 9x13-inch pan at 350°F for 30-35 min. Cool completely
  • Mix Cool Whip, vanilla, vanilla pudding & pineapple with juice. Blend thoroughly and spread on top of cooled cake. Refrigerate.

    I made this cake for a potluck for church, and it was wonderful! It got gone in a hurry! I got several positive comments on it! It is a great summer dessert! The easy prepartion is a just an added bonus! I would highly recommend this treat!
