  • Mix the Worcestershire Sauce, lemon juice, ginger, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a 2 qt. mixing bowl.
  • Cut the round steak into 1 inch long by 1/4 inch thick pieces. Place in the bowl and stir to cover all pieces well. Let sit for 5-8 minutes.
  • Melt margarine in a covered frying pan and then add meat and marinade. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Remove from heat and serve.

Special Equipment Needed


If the meat is frozen it slices better if still icy, but will not absorb the juices as well. I usually peel potatoes while the meat is sitting to help cut down on time. This is great served on mashed potatoes. My young children love this meal.
