  • Open bread bags the night before or several hours before to allow the bread to dry out. Tear crusts off bread and then tear the bread into 1 inch cubes - if stale enough a knife can be used.
  • Brown sausage and drain. Chop onion and celery - saute in butter. Put bread in large bowl and sprinkle with some of the sage and poultry seasoning. Add the sausage to the bowl, and then add onion, celery, and all seasonings. Add 1 egg and mix; use a 2nd egg if mixture is still too dry and won't hold together.
  • When ready to cook turkey, brine inside of turkey and put stuffing in.
