  • Mix sugar, milk and butter together. Add nuts and coconut mix well. Roll into balls. (I use a melon baller to keep the size the same.)
  • In a double boiler melt the chocolate drops and paraffin wax.
  • Dip balls into chocolate with a toothpick. (Toothpick makes a small hole chocolate covers nicely.) Let cool on wax paper.

Notes

Great for large gathering, office parties and holidays.

    Have been making these for years for a Christmas open house each year. So good! I make in November and freeze and then at the end of November I do the dipping in chocolate and refreeze until the open house. I love them right out of the freezer.
