  • Cook spinach according to directions. Add bulgar wheat and salt. Cook two more minutes and drain.
  • Brown onion and peppers in olive oil. Mix together with spinach. Stuff in pita bread or wrap in tortilla wrap.

Notes

For more of a flavor, pour Kraft Italian Dressing on top of each pita or wrap.
