  • Mix all ingredients together. Make meatballs the size to suit you depending on how many you plan to serve.
  • In 6 quart pressure cooker melt 2 tablespoons Crisco. Dip meatballs in flour and brown. Remove from pan as you cook them.
  • When all meatballs are cooked make gravy in pan (gravy should be thin). Add meatballs back to pan and pressure cook 15 minutes at 15 pounds pressure.
