  • Wash the potatoes without peeling, divide them into four pieces and put them in a saucepan. Put water until the potatoes start to swim. Add the salt and wait until it boils.
  • Remove the potatoes, peel, and smash them. Put it in a deep bowl and add the flour, two egg yolks, one whole egg and the grated cheese. Put the pepper, dill and parsley. Mix them and give them shape like meatballs. Put the meatballs into the egg whites.
  • Without waiting, fry them. Serve hot.

If you put one lemon's juice into the saucepan while the potatoes are boiling, your potatoes will be more yellow.
