  • Sauté onion, peppers and garlic powder for 5-6 minutes on medium heat in olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Put about 1 tsp. parmesan on each cracker. Top with sautéed vegetables, then basil.
  • Mix vinegars and Worcestershire, then drizzle on top right before serving. Add a drop or two of garlic chili sauce on top.
