  • 1. Chop garlic into small pieces (or use canned garlic.) Do the same with the onion. Sautee in a pan on the stove.
  • 2. Peel carrots and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • 3. Cut broccoli into bite-sized or larger pieces.
  • 4. Cut chicken into reasonable-sized pieces.
  • 5. Add carrots, broccoli, and chicken to the pan.
  • 6. Meanwhile, prepare Minute Rice separately, according to package directions.
  • 7. Add stir-fry sauce to the stir-fry mixture. Spread around evenly.
  • 8. Once both rice and stir-fry mixtures are done, serve.
  • You are bound to see smiles on your guests' faces!

Notes

You can do this with or without the garlic. I always use garlic in my recipes, since garlic is healthy and adds flavor. Stir-fry sauce is a favorite of mine, too!
