  • In large pot bring water to boil. Salt water and add the box of spaghetti. In large sauce pan cook your sausage or turkey till done, add jar of pasta sauce and simmer.
  • In small saute pan, with a dab of butter saute onion and green pepper for approx. 15 minutes. Add sour cream to onion and green pepper mixture. Take off heat and set aside.
  • When spaghetti is al dente take off heat and drain, put back in pot and add 3 tablespoons of butter, stir in beaten egg and add Kraft Parmesan Cheese to coat noodles.
  • In a buttered glass pie pan, press spaghetti noodles to form a crust. On top of crust spoon on onion, green pepper and sour cream mixture. Spoon meat and sauce mixture on top. Cut Kraft Mozzarella Cheese in long strips and place on top of meat and sauce mixture.
  • Put pie into a preheated oven at 400 and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly about 30 minutes. Serve with breadsticks and a nice green salad with Kraft Salad dressing.

This may seem like a lot of work and even though you go through several pans to make this, it is worth the effort. My family loves this and I often take it to Potluck dinners!
