  • Preheat oven to 350. Cut fat off of chicken breasts, flatten chicken breats to 1/4".
  • Mix peppers, onion, and cheese in bowl. Evenly place pepper/onion mixture in chicken breasts and roll securing with toothpicks.
  • Mix bread crumbs and paprika in small bowl. Pour milk in small bowl. Dip rolled chicken breasts in milk and then roll to cover in bread crumbs.
  • Place on shallow baking pan. Bake for 25-35 minutes.


Optional- top chicken with Kraft Fat-free Shredded Chedder Cheese a few minutes before taking out of oven...Enjoy

    This was really good! I used reduced fat feta cheese instead because that's what I had. It was a great replacement for the usual seasoned baked chicken. It was kind of hard to keep all the stuff from falling out of the roll, but that's inevitable. Thanks!
