  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Take a 9 x 13 casserole and spray with cooking spray generously.
  • Pour dry noodles out of macaroni and cheese package in bottom of casserole dish. Heat 4 cups of water to boiling, pour over noodles and stir. Put in oven and cover with aluminum foil for 15 minutes, take out and stir after 7 minutes - water will absorb. Uncover and pull out of oven.
  • Add Velveeta cubes or Kraft Deluxe Cubes, 1 stick of butter (sliced), 1/2 cup milk, and can add powdered cheese from mix, your preference. Add Miracle Whip and mix really well.
  • Cover with shredded cheese and pop back into oven uncovered for 5 minutes till cheese melts and is bubbly - it will melt in your mouth.


Faster in oven than on stove top, once I did this recipe, I never went back. Can be cut in half for a small casserole - but better to have extra, once you taste it, you will want leftovers (;>
