  • Preheat oven to 425°F or what is called for on cornbread mix. Brown meat, add taco seasonings. Stir in soup and salsa. When bubbling, add corn.
  • Prepare cornbread mix using package directions, adding 1/2 cup of shredded Kraft cheese.
  • Pour meat mixture into Dutch oven. Pour cornbread mixture evenly over top of meat.
  • Cook for 15 minutes or until cornbread is almost set. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top of casserole and cook for another 10 minutes or until cornbread is done and cheese is melted.
