  • Cut Velveeta Cheese into small cubes. Combine Velveeta Cheese and beans in microwave safe bowl, microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir mixture and return to microwave. Microwave on high additional 1 - 2 minutes, until cheese is completely melted.
  • Arrange Scoops on platter and fill (almost to the top) with bean and cheese mixture.
  • Spoon small amount of salsa (2-3 pc. of chunky tomato max) top with finger nail size dollop of sour cream. Garnish with chopped spring onion (optional). Serve while still warm.
