  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Reserve 1/3 cup salsa. Place remaining salsa in medium bowl. Add stuffing mix, water and garlic; stir just until stuffing is moistened.
  • Sprinkle cut up chicken with fajita seasoning and place in 13x9 baking dish. Cover chicken with cheese. Top with stuffing mixture. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of Salsa on top.
  • Bake 30 minutes.

One day I went to make it and seeing the salsa in my cabinet, I decided to try something different. My family loved it! I use medium salsa, but, depending on your preference for spicy or not. You can use mild or hot.
