  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Clean chicken and place bread crumbs in a bag. Place the chicken in the bag of bread crumbs and shake it to cover the chicken.
  • Place in a well greased baking pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for approximately 1 hour. After chicken is done, take it out of the oven and sit it to the side.
  • Mix salsa and cheese together by placing it in a pot on the stove and heating it up so it will mix well. Add more cheese slices and salsa if desired.
  • Roll out bread dough and line the chicken up inside the bread dough. Place the chicken inside the bread dough side by side and roll it closed. Use a fork to pinch the edes to seal the chicken in.
  • Follow the instructions for the heating time and temperature for the bread dough. After placing it on a cookie sheet in the oven, take it out when it is golden brown.
  • Place salsa and cheese mixture over top of it. Cut into the bread in between each piece of chicken if desired before serving.
