  • Cook cornbread according to directions. Cut in half. Cook bacon until crisp and crumble. Mix ranch dressing with sour cream and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Chop up green peppers, green onions and tomatoes in a bowl mix together.
  • Crumble 1/2 corn bread in the bottom of a large casserole dish. Layer 1 can ranch sytle beans over corn bread. Layer 1 can corn over beans. Layer 1/2 of peppers, onions and tomato mixture over corn. Sprinkle 1/2 bacon over vegetables. Spread 1/2 dressing over bacon. Repeat layer top with 12 oz package of cheese.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

This recipe can be made a day ahead of time. You can also half the recipe if you need to for a smaller crowd. Any of the vegetables can be omitted if need to.
