  • Cook cornbread according to directions on package. Fry bacon until crisp. Mix ranch dressing, sour cream and mayonnaise together and refrigerate. Cut up bell peppers, tomatoes and green onions in a large mixing bowl mix together. Crumble bacon. After cornbread is done let it cool.
  • Once cornbread is cool, cut in half. Take a large rectangular baking dish, crumble and layer 1/2 cornbread in dish, layer 1 can beans, 1 can corn, tomatoes, bell peppers, green onions, 1/2 crumbled bacon, 1/2 ranch dressing mixture, repeat layers top with cheese.
  • Refrigerate until ready to eat.

Notes

This receipe is very good. When ever we have a family get together they always want me to bring this receipe.
