  • Preheat oven 350°F. In a large casserole dish spread cream cheese, next spread refried beans, then spread sour cream.
  • Pour salsa over sour cream. Sprinkle shredded cheese then top with black olives.
  • Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips.


If you like dips that are a little spicier you can use spicy refried beans and add chopped green chilies in substitute for black olives. I have also added taco meat on top of the refried beans for a heartier dip! Very versatile! Thousands of possibilities with this dip!!!
