  • Cook macaroni until al dente. Put aside. Cook ground beef thoroughly in a skillet. Rinse fat off of beef. Return to skillet. Add taco seasoning and follow package directions.
  • Drain about 1/2 of juices out of tomato and green chilies. Chop onion and green pepper and add to ground beef. Saute until slightly soft.
  • Combine all ingredients except for Velveeta in either one very large skillet, or two medium to large skillets over medium-high heat. Cut Velveeta into one-inch squares before adding to mixture. Add Velveeta stirring continually for even distribution. Stir until Velveeta is completely melted into mixture. Let cool for 5 minutes to give juices time to mix together better.
