  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • 1) Fry each tortilla shells in one Tbsp. of butter until crisp, flipping to cook both sides. You can also deep fry as alternative.
  • 2) Brown meat with onion and spices.
  • 3) In bowl melt Velveeta, salsa, and milk for about 2 minutes in microwave on high. Stir after one minute.
  • 4) Begin building pizza by placing one cooked tortilla on plate, and add 1/2 of beef mixture.
  • 5) Pour 1/2 of cheese mixture on the beef followed by placing tortilla on top of this mixture.
  • 6) Place 1/2 cup shredded cheese on top of tortilla.
  • 7) Repeat with other 2 tortillas.
  • 8) Place pizzas in oven for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • 9) Place diced tomatos and sour cream on top.
  • Enjoy!
