  • Bring 4 cups of water to boil in 2 qt. sauce pan. Add shelled, deveined, raw shrimp. Cook 2-3 min. or until pink. Immediately remove shrimp from hot water and place in bowl of ice water.
  • Mix the following chopped ingredients: tomatoes, onion, Serrano pepper and cilantro. Add cocktail sauce, A.1. Steak Sauce, lime juice and salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients with the cooked shrimp. (Shrimp should be cold or very cool).
  • Serve in tall sherbet or wine glasses. Decorate with sprigs of fresh cilantro. Serve with your favorite crackers. For a hotter flavor, may add Tabasco sauce.
