Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this recipe for the Super bowl and everyone loved it! I made this recipe for the Super bowl and everyone loved it! I did make a couple of changes. I only added one can of Rotel and I omitted the peppers. I was nervous at first but it really turned out good. Next I I will leave out the mexican seasoning and and make the regular way with just spinach, tomato, and lots of cheese!!!
