  • In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well but not too much.
  • Place in well oiled (or sprayed) microwave Bundt pan. Microwave for 10 minutes at 50% power, then 5 minutes at full power. Let stand in oven for 5-7 minutes until edges can be seen pulling away from pan.
  • Turn out onto plate. If covered in a cake carrier, this cake stays moist and delicious for at least 5 days when kept cool.

Notes

The time may depend on your microwave, but if you have variable speed and follow my instructions, it will work. Cool Whip topping is good on this cake, although it doesn't need topping and is moist without it.
