  • Add apple, brandy/rum and lemon juice to the mincemeat and mix well.
  • Place pastry in a nine inch pie dish, add mincemeat and cover with pastry top. Cut two to three slits in top of pie.
  • Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve while warm. Cover with Cool Whip.

Notes

May be made early and heated just before serving.
