  • Remove plastic cover from pie crust. Mix together the box of chocolate fudge pudding mix, 1/2 cup milk and 5 - 10 sugar free chocolate sandwich cookies (chop the cookies first). This mixture will be very thick. Fold 1/2 the non-dairy whipped topping into the cookie mixture. Spread this mixture over the bottom of the pie crust.
  • Mix the sugar free cheesecake flavored Jell-O mix and 1 1/3 cups milk until smooth. Pour this mixture over the cookie mixture in the pie crest. Place the pie into the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and spread the remaining whipped topping over the top of the pie. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
