  • Wash and peel cucumber, cut in half length wise and then slice (no less than 1/4" thick).
  • Wash and remove top of green pepper and then remove seeds. Slice length wise, approx. 1/2" wide strips, then cross cuts again 1/2". Wash and slice tomato. Pieces should be 1/2" x 1/2". Cut 2-3 slices of red onion and dice (chunks, not small pieces).
  • Drain and add black olives, add crumbled Feta cheese and toss lightly.
  • Add 1/2 cup Kraft Free Zesty Italian salad dressing and toss until coated.

Special Equipment Needed


This recipe really needs the larger chunks of veggies to make it taste so good. To reduce calories and fat use fat free Feta and cut the black olives down to 1/2 can. The large ones are too much and not recommended.
