  • Cook bacon until crispy. Blot off any remaining grease. Let cool. Once cool, chop finely.
  • Cut broccoli into bite size pieces, omitting as much stem as possible, rinse, drain. Rinse and chop green onions.
  • In a large bowl add broccoli, bacon, cheese, and green onions, set aside.
  • In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and sugar. Mix well.
  • Add dressing to broccoli mixture, mix well, refrigerate until served.

Special Equipment Needed


You may want to add more sugar or mayonnaise to taste. Dressing should be a good combination of sweet and tangy, but not too much of either one. Everyone's taste buds are different so you can add as much or as little dressing as you like.
