  • Boil macaroni until desired tenderness is reached, 10-15 minutes. Drain macaroni well.
  • Add enough milk to cover cooked macaroni. Then add cut up Velveeta, Parkay, salt and pepper.
  • Simmer stirring constantly until Velveeta is melted and sauce is thickened.
  • Turn off heat and add tomato soup. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.

Special Equipment Needed


The amounts in this recipe are estimated and can be increased or decreased depending on amount of macaroni needed. You can also empty finished macaroni and cheese in to a baking dish and topped with breadcrumbs and Parkay and backed long enough to brown to create a nice topping.
