  • 1. Set oven to 450 degrees F.
  • 2. Put flour, yeast, salt, and sugar into the bowl of a food processor or electric mixer.
  • 3. Combine oil with hot water. With machine running, add water a little at a time, pulsing machine on and off, until the dough forms into a ball.
  • 4. Keep it going in the machine for just under a minute. (This replaces kneading.)
  • 5. Turn out onto a floured board, turn and knead a few times to form a smooth ball. Cover dough with a bowl and let rest for 10 minutes.
  • 6. Punch down, roll out into pizza crust shape, and then pop it in the oven.
  • 7. Bake in your preheated 450 F oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until crust is golden and toppings are baked nicely.
