  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare rice as directed on package. Mix beans into rice.
  • Place uncooked chicken tenders in bottom of square casserole dish. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour rice and bean mix over chicken.
  • Place casserole into oven for 30 minutes, then remove and add shredded mozzarella to top; bake till golden on top. Let sit for 5 minutes to cool.
