  • Mix flour, soda, powder, sugar and salt in large bowl. Mix egg, milk, lemon juice and butter in medium bowl. Gradually add milk mixture to dry mixture.
  • Ladle onto skillet at med heat.
  • Flip when bubbles appear on top.


Feel very free to add almost anything to these pancakes. Some of the best things include; pecans (or other nuts) raisins, cranberries, apples & cinnamon, or berries. But don't mix them into the batter, add them when the cakes are on the pan!

    Thses pancakes were fantastic! We have been looking for a restaurant type recipe. These are light and fluffy.
