  • (If using venison meat, soak in water in the fridge overnight prior to use.) Lightly spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Brown meat over medium heat until brown on all sides.
  • While meat is browning, mix mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and water together in a bowl.
  • Once meat is brown, lower heat and add soup mixture to the pan. Cover and simmer until meat is cooked through. Mixture will thicken as it cooks.

Special Equipment Needed


This meal can also be prepared in a slow-cooker: Brown meat, then mix other ingredients with plenty of extra water and cook on low until done. Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't dry out. This dish is great served over Minute Rice, or a bed of mashed potatoes.
