  • Make yellow cake following the directions on the back of the box. Pour into 11x15 pan and bake at 325°F for 25 minutes.
  • While that is baking, make the topping. Put the butter, flour, cinnamon, sugar, and salt into a bowl and mix them with your hands. It should be a crumbly mixture. Store in the freezer until the time for the cake is up. (This is just so the mixture sets up a little. It is not a necessary step.)
  • After the cake has been in the oven for 25 minutes, crumble the topping over the entire thing. Put the cake back in the oven for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean. After it has cooled, sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
