  • Spread the refried beans in the bottom of a 9x11 pan. Next, mix the sour cream and the taco seasoning together. Layer that over the refried beans.
  • Next, layer the guacamole dip. Then, spread the shredded cheese all over the top. Dice the tomato and place it along the sides of the 9x11 pan. Chop the green onions and layer them and the sliced olives all along the top of the layers.
  • Refrigerate about 30 minutes or serve immediately with tortilla chips.

    Easy to make and everyone loved it.

    It is extra attractive made on a pizza pan. I like to add plenty of chopped tomato and some cilantro. To the refried beans I beat in some homemade hot sauce for an extra zip.
