  • TO MAKE FILLING:
  • 1. Mix puddings and milk in bowl until well blended. Let sit 10 minutes.
  • 2. After 10 minutes, Add the mashed banana, rum (if using), and the 2 tubs of Cool Whip and stir until you see no more whipped topping and it's all mixed in. Now you have 3 cups of mousse filling.
  • TO MAKE THE LAYERS:
  • Mix the half-and-half with vanilla extract in a shallow dish to dip your ladyfingers.
  • Quickly dip in the half-and-half/vanilla mixture each side of each ladyfinger (like you do in regular tiramisu). Place ladyfingers in bottom of 11x7x1.5 in. pan, top with 1 cup of mousse filling and spread over ladyfingers, top with 1 of the sliced bananas, then sprinkle with some of the shaved chocolate. Repeat this step 2 more times. You will get 3 layers total.
  • CHILLING:
  • Cover dish with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for 3 to 4 hrs. or overnight or until the lady fingers are nice and soft. (best if made overnight.) Serve it up!!!!! YUMMY!!!!!

Notes

*1 sliced banana for each layer You can leave the rum out if you don't want it or you’re serving children. If you want to you could use 3 packages (9 oz. each) of regular or sugar free banana cream pudding (instead of the vanilla pudding) mixed with the 1 banana that you mash, 1 1/2 cups of milk, whipped topping, and rum (if using).
