  • Chop cabbage Very fine, chop green onions, and place in bowl.
  • Break noodles into very small pieces and stir fry in 2 Tbsp. oil till golden. Add rest of oil and almonds, stir fry on medium till golden. Then add sesame stixs, stirring constantly (will brown fast.) Let cool & store in tupperware. (enough for 2 salads)
  • Dressing: Mix well in jar with lid. (Enough for 2 salads)
  • Mix salad, 1/2 of noodles and 1/2 of dressing about 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

I made 1/2 recipe, using 1/2 head of cabbage and green onion.
