  • Make rice without meat. Brown ground beef with seasoning mix and drain.
  • Cut tops of peppers and clean them out. Let beef and rice cool for about 12 minutes. Mix beef, rice, and cheese. Grease a deep baking dish big enough to hold all peppers. Place peppers upright in dish, fill with mix.
  • Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.

Notes

You could substitute ground beef for ground sirloin, ground sausage, ground chicken, or ground turkey. Seasoning mix should match what meat you use.
