  • BLEND for about 1 minute, or until shake is creamy.
  • POUR into 12 ounce glass and enjoy!

Notes

~Beware, this is only for those who enjoy the taste of cottage cheese. I don't recommend it if you don't normally enjoy it. ~Tastes even better if chilled for 1 hour! ~Fruit can be interchanged and yogurt can be omitted.
