  • In a bowl pour oatmeal, but leave room to add the milk without overflowing. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar. Add milk and let sit for 15 minutes.
  • While letting the oatmeal sit, chop fresh fruit of your choice. Add fresh fruit a handful of trail mix and a squirt of honey.

Notes

Add more sugar to taste.
