  • 1. Boil a large pot of water and prepare spaghetti as directed, or for 8-10 minutes. Drain.
  • 2. Heat oil in large skillet over med. heat. Stir in chopped onion, beans and corn. Add tomato sauce. Season with cumin, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally until onion is tender and slightly brown.
  • 3. Mix onion/tomato sauce mixture with spaghetti. Sprinkle with shredded parmesan. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Optional add-ins: Pitted black olives, fresh basil on top.
