  • After you have cooked noodles well (minus flavor sachet), drain and run cold water over. Leave to sit until cold. Add spring onion, pepper, mung beans, ham steak & celery; combine.
  • In a jug put vinegar, oil and chicken flavor sachets, mix until well combined. Pour over noodle mixture.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes, serve. Will keep in the refrigerator for about a week. (Make sure you stir it before serving.)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really like this recipe. I really like this recipe. I didn't add water to the sauce jar at the end because i was using a leftover jar of sauce that was big. My husband didn't like how creamy it was with the neufchatel cheese but I liked it.
