  • Mix Norwegian salmon fillet with marinade and leave for 20 minutes. Steam salmon on rack for 6-8 minutes till just cooked. Set aside.
  • Toast French bread.
  • Work the salmon into flakes. Mix with salad dressing and English mustard. Spread mixture onto French toast. Top with crab roe. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Allow the salmon to cool and evaporate excess moisture to give better fish flavor.
