My family loves this!!! It can be made ahead and put in the fridge to bake at a later time, but you need to increase the baking time to heat it through.
I also sometimes add a little hot sauce or salsa to the ground beef mixture for some zing. It is great warmed up if you have any left. We usually don't!!!
