  • Mix first 5 ingredients, save 3/4 cup, pat rest into 9 inch pan. Sprinkle diced rhubarb over crust
  • Bring next 4 ingredients to boil stirring constantly until it turns very thick. Pour over rhubarb and sprinkle 3/4 cup of crumble over it.
  • Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until it bubbles.

Notes

Old time favorite serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Freeze rhubarb so you can make in middle of the winter.
