  • Heat: the butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook it 12 to 15 minutes or until it's lightly browned and no longer pink inside. Remove chicken.
  • Prepare: the stuffing in the same skillet, according to package directions except let it stand 2 minutes. *** I let the stuffing fry for a couple minutes before the next step to make it less soggy.
  • Place: the chicken on top of the stuffing in the skillet. Mix the soup and milk. Pour it over the chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and heat until the cheese is melted and the soup bubbles.

Special Equipment Needed


You can substitute the cream of chicken soup for cream of mushroom soup. I use shredded Mexican style 4 cheese blend instead of plain cheddar.
