  • In a slow cooker add cubed chicken breast. Cut up the potatoes and add to chicken.
  • Add pasta, stewed tomatoes and jarred Alfredo sauce. Add spices to taste and let cook for about 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • In the last 30 minutes add the vegetables. Stir in and cook till tender with fork. Serve in a bowl with bread and butter.

I took 2 recipes I had found on this site but I didn't have all the ingredients for either recipe and didn't feel like going to the store for them. So I mixed and matched and my hubby loved it and it filled us up so much that we didn't want anything else for the rest of the night. It's a great way to use up leftover white meat from that week and freezes well. Everything that normally goes into a normal week night meal can be thrown in this to save on cook time. Feel free to experiment and let me know what works.
