  • Heat olive oil in large non stick skillet. Dice or press garlic cloves. Add garlic to pan (careful not to let it burn).
  • Make three slits on each side of breast (allows them to cook through). Season breasts with salt and pepper. 1/2 1 orange and squeeze over both sides of breasts.
  • Sautee breasts on both sides turning twice under medium heat with each turn squeeze remaining orange directly into skillet. If using onions add at this point. Add basil when chicken is about 5 minutes to done brown/blacken to liking.

Special Equipment Needed


Be sure that the breasts are cooked completely through. If using tenderloins or thin breasts less cooking time is required. Use more or less orange juice for more sauce. (Do not use bottled/container orange juice. Additives will ruin taste.)
