  • Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breast and sear for 3 minutes per side.
  • Stir together orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, ginger, rice wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil.
  • Pour mixture over chicken, reduce heat and simmer 5-6 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Notes

Great served with some rice.
