  • 1. Coat an 8-inch springform pan with nonstick spray.
  • 2. Stir milk into pudding mix in a medium saucepan. Stir over medium heat until a bubbling boil. Remove from heat; stir in orange zest. Let cool 15 minutes.
  • 3. Meanwhile cut pound cake crosswise into 16 slices. Cut each slice diagonally in half to make 32 triangles. Fit half the triangles over bottom of prepared pan. Pour on 1/2 the pudding; smooth top. Repeat layers once. Cover pan and refrigerate 6 hours or until pudding is firm.
  • 4. Remove pan sides; place cake on a serving plate. Beat cream, liqueur and sugar in a medium bowl with mixer on high speed until soft peaks form when beaters are lifted. Spread over top and sides of cake. Pat cookie crumbs around sides, top with orange segments and refrigerate.
